Supporting vulnerable people in a range of living disability houses to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you\u2019ll follow individual care plans and help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework. You\u2019ll also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support with their medication. There will also be an element on 1:1 support including helping with activities such as days out, attending medical appointments, eating out, and many more fun activities. You\u2019ll be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers. While our mobile care app will reduce paperwork and help you to deliver high quality care. Every day will be different. And you\u2019ll never know what challenges you\u2019re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you\u2019ll be making your clients\u2019 days brighter.<\/p>\n Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What you\u2019ll need <\/strong><\/p>\n You don\u2019t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We\u2019re more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
