Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Commercial Site Administrator, to work on a wind farm project for a leader in the renewable energy sector. <\/p>\n
The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n As a Commercial Site Admin, you will work with the Site team, Cost Controlling, Procurement, Accounts Payable departments, the sub-contractors as well as standardization and optimization of tools and interfaces.<\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Maintain and manage accurate trackers for the Project, detailing Purchase Orders, Forecasts and Actuals <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Manage incoming invoices for the Project <\/p>\n<\/li>\n SAP – Maintain VIM, Service sheets and releasing invoices when approved <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Manage and maintain Project Purchase Orders <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Focal point for Sub Contractors for invoice status queries <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Complete Goods Accompanying Invoices for components <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Key Skills and experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n Passion for renewable energy and a sense for importance to lead the change. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of the site team, displaying excellent communication skills and willingness to challenge both internally and externally. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proactiveness and drive are key for this role. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Take ownership and accountability for your work ensuring accurate records and attention to detail. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Key systems – basic SAP knowledge and strong Excel skills essential. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Able to work on site in the Construction Project office.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Experience of financial \/ commercial admin<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong skills and experience in using MS Excel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Desirable Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n Basic knowledge of using SAP <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
