Key Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
* Provide financial leadership and work with the Board to optimise the financial performance of the organisation <\/p>\n
* Contribute fully to the company strategy across all areas of the business <\/p>\n
* Lead and develop the growing finance team <\/p>\n
* Ensure the company financial systems are robust, compliant and support future growth <\/p>\n
* Oversight of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting function <\/p>\n
* Providing financial guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers <\/p>\n
* Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties <\/p>\n
* Present annual accounts to investors <\/p>\n

* Must be fully qualified <\/p>\n

* Prior property and construction experience is essential <\/p>\n
