Mechanical Technician<\/p>\n
Are you an experienced Mechanical Technician who is looking for a role within a well-established company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Technician to join our company based in Poole.<\/p>\n
Working Hours:<\/p>\n
2 weeks of days<\/p>\n
2 weeks of nights<\/p>\n
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 06:00am – 18:00pm Days<\/p>\n
Week 2 – Wednesday and Thursday 06:00am – 18:00pm Days<\/p>\n
Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 18:00pm – 06:00am Nights<\/p>\n
Week 4 – Wednesday and Thursday 18:00pm – 06:00am Nights<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Ensure scheduled services are carried out in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
* Attend breakdowns as and when they occur.<\/p>\n
* Leave machines in a safe and tidy condition.<\/p>\n
* Carry out regular cleaning and regular inspections on the machines.<\/p>\n
* Develop projects related to Machine Improvements.<\/p>\n
* Develop projects related to improved working practises.<\/p>\n
What we need from you:<\/p>\n
* Experience with services on machines.<\/p>\n
* Experience acting as Fire Marshall.<\/p>\n
* Full UK licence.<\/p>\n
* Able to follow health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
* Experience in going on breakdowns.<\/p>\n
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.<\/p>\n
* Ability to use own initiative within the workplace.<\/p>\n
