Excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting and high profile regeneration project in East London. You will be a part of a large and forward-looking regeneration project comprising of residential, open spaces and commercial property including schools, leisure and small retail units. Much of the development is still in construction phase and once completed, is handed over to the estates team who are responsible for the on-going management of the development.<\/p>\n
As the Senior Estates Manager you will support the Head of Estates delivering on-going management of the portfolio. You will primarily be responsible for the management of the Managing Agent, ensuring delivery standards are maintained in line with KPIs and value for money is achieved. You will also have significant engagement with local residents to ensure customer satisfaction. Finally, you will be heaviliy involed with service charges, including calculating apportionment and communicating with block leaseholders and third party block managers. This role offers hybrid working, with three days per week spent at the development. <\/p>\n
In order to be successful for this role, you should be an experienced Estates Surveyor and should have strong experience with service charges and managing contractors. Experience gained working with residential or commercial property preferred. Due to the size of the site, you should have a driving licence. The office can be accessed either by train or car (free parking on site). <\/p>\n
