HFG are currently recruiting on behalf of a top Lloyd’s MGA who are seeking a Reinsurance Claims Adjuster to join their growing team, specialising in US Property and Casualty. <\/p>\n
Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n * Manage individual caseload by examining crucial data and factual reports, establishing appropriate reserves, facilitating negotiations with Cedants, and confidently making independent decisions<\/p>\n * Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims information in accordance with best practices<\/p>\n * Prepare concise written and verbal reports for senior management<\/p>\n * Foster positive relationships with Cedants, Brokers, Co-Reinsurers, and Legal Representatives to effectively handle and analyze reinsurance claim exposures<\/p>\n * Ensure adherence to policy obligations and fair treatment of Customers<\/p>\n * Comply with all regulatory requirements, maintain confidentiality, and uphold company policies<\/p>\n * Achieve set objectives and contribute to team efforts and projects as needed<\/p>\n * Provide risk insight, information, and identify emerging trends to drive profitable growth<\/p>\n * Assist in conducting audits on Cedants and other relevant parties, including due diligence assessments<\/p>\n * Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and operations teams as necessary<\/p>\n * Stay informed about any pertinent Legal, Regulatory, or Medical developments<\/p>\n * Report important developments, issues, and trends to the Head of Claims as needed<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 25\/01\/2024
