In the role of 3rd Line IT Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to both internal and external customers.
This will be driven by your expertise and will require you to support the wider team in training and knowledge sharing.
You will be pivotal in planning and delivery of successful technical resolutions to complex customer issues and ensuring sustained service across a wide range of products and solutions.
Lead from the front with Continuous Improvement processes and complex decision making to balance customer and business needs.
Take charge when engaging and escalating complex issues with 3rd party vendors for advanced troubleshooting.
You must be available when required to work out of hours either on an overtime or on-call basis.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you are able to attain Security Clearance.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Intermediate \/ advanced certification or equivalent experience in at least 3 of the following:<\/p>\n\n
