The role will offer lots of room to grow and develop with study support also on offer.<\/p>\n<p>Duties include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing and processing Petty Cash<\/li>\n<li>Foreign Payments<\/li>\n<li>Booking Currency Contracts<\/li>\n<li>Manual Cheques<\/li>\n<li>UK CHAPS \/ Other manual payments<\/li>\n<li>Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank financing facility<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of Inter Company Financing Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Monthly bank Reconciliations \/ revaluations<\/li>\n<li>Processing of DD invoices<\/li>\n<li>Daily posting of cash entries to a strict timeline<\/li>\n<li>Month end reporting and analysis of bank charges<\/li>\n<li>Processing of Employee Expenses (Credit Cards)<\/li>\n<li>Perform part of the management accounts close<\/li>\n<li>Month end reporting<\/li>\n<li>Other adhoc tasks as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position would be a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in finance ideally with an accounts payable and cashiering background.
