Our  Client, a fast-growing business in Bradford, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead their logistics and distribution efforts.<\/p>\n<p>As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to valued customers. This is both a hands-on and strategic position, having experience within a warehouse function is essential for this role.<\/p>\n<p>Key duties of the Supply Chain Manager:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring feedback is taken in to consideration<\/li>\n<li>Oversee inventory levels, analysing demand patterns, and implementing inventory optimisation strategies to ensure adequate stock while minimising excess<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the head of continuous improvement to assess supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions<\/li>\n<li>Manage a monitor KPI performance including time to receipt, picking to ship and breakage and losses<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor a team. This includes coaching, delegating and encouraging the team to solve day-to-day operational issues, and reach short and long-term performance goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal Supply Chain Manager will need the following skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations or logistics<\/li>\n<li>Ideally you will have experience within industries including wholesale, automotive or ecommerce<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams effectively<\/li>\n<li>Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Experience of warehouse management systems desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Join the team as a Supply Chain Manager and be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and innovation.
