You will be offered great KPI bonuses.<\/p>\n<p>We will consider an experienced Deputy ,someone in the position of Deputy Manager with at least 18 months experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registered Manager will :-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the staff and resources of the Home, to provide a positive living experience for the resident young people.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee, on a day-to-day basis, the care, safety, and development of all residents, alongside the management, development and co-ordination of the home and its outreach work.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the agreed plans at the Home are implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review the work practices of all staff in their day-to-day work with the young people, parents, Social Workers, other agencies and the public and those they encounter on outreach work.<\/li>\n<li>Attend training opportunities, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that employees are aware of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety Act 1974, to carry out agreed safety procedures in maintaining a safe environment for all people involved in the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Registered Manager must have: &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 18 months experience in operational &amp; service at a residential setting<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working with children with EBD in a residential setting<\/li>\n<li>Experience of facilitating, organising and directing &amp; developing teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience of using childcare Standards &amp; best practice model to guide decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of translating policy into practice<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Management theories<\/li>\n<li>Management Qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Management training &amp;
