Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in year-end financial activities and reporting.
* Utilise and adapt quickly to multiple accounting systems.
* Lead and motivate a small team to achieve departmental goals.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
* Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in an accounting\/finance role.
* Proficiency in managing day-to-day financial operations.
* Ability to learn and adapt swiftly to various accounting systems.
* Strong leadership skills to guide and support a small team.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.<\/p>\n
Contract: Short-Term Contract\/Temporary position
Compensation: £40, 000 pro rata
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: Tunbridge Wells with onsite parking facilities.<\/p>\n
