Some of other duties include;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Covering a portfolio of up to 90 buildings each complex portfolio of academic, scientific research and office facilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To undertake a proactive role in carrying out maintenance, repairs and inspection of mechanical building services.
