Supply Teacher<\/strong><\/p>\n Local to Oxfordshire- Part-time – Choose Your Days – short term – No Planning – No Marking – Flexible working – £130 to £160 per day <\/strong><\/p>\n Attention all qualified teachers in Oxfordshire! We are currently seeking a supply teacher with QTS to work in a variety of different schools on a daily supply and short-term basis.<\/p>\n As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a range of different school environments, from small village schools to large city academies. You will be responsible for delivering lessons across a variety of subjects, and with no planning or marking required, you can simply turn up and deliver!<\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/p>\n Delivering lessons: You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons across a range of subjects, adapting to the needs of different schools and students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Classroom management: You will be expected to maintain good discipline and order in the classroom, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Building relationships: You will need to build positive and professional relationships with students, staff, and parents, communicating effectively and supporting the needs of each individual.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Following school policies: You will need to adhere to the policies and procedures of each school, including behaviour management, safeguarding, and health and safety.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Providing feedback: You will need to provide feedback to the school and regular teacher on the progress of students, including any areas of concern or improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n With a competitive day rate of £130-£160, this is the perfect opportunity for teachers looking for flexibility and variety in their work. You will have the freedom to choose when and where you work, with no long-term commitments required.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must have QTS to be considered for this role. This ensures that you have the necessary training and expertise to deliver high-quality lessons and manage a classroom effectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience: While experience as a supply teacher is desirable, we welcome applications from all qualified teachers, including newly qualified teachers. You should have experience teaching in a classroom environment and be confident in your ability to deliver lessons across a range of subjects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Flexibility: As a supply teacher, you will need to be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a variety of different schools and classrooms.
