My client are looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join their team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our customers&#8217; claims experience. As a Claims Handler, you will take charge of efficiently managing an assigned portfolio of motor claims from the initial report to their resolution, encompassing both  first and third-party claims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate indemnity, liability, and quantum for motor insurance claims<\/li>\n<li>Identify and refer potential fraud indicators<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage caseloads<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate claim settlements<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional service to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the business&#8217;s compliance procedures and mitigate risks to ensure regulatory and legislative compliance<\/li>\n<li>Contribute actively to process enhancements within the claims domain<\/li>\n<li>Support the Claims Team Leader in day-to-day departmental activities<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of quality, service, and productivity aligned with company expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within a motor insurance claims environment (preferred but not mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers, third parties, and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in interpreting data to identify actionable trends<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and adept at collaborating within a team framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are committed to providing an outstanding working environment, dedicated to the growth and well-being of our team members.
