The successful applicant will be based at their Central Leeds Head Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process high value transactions<\/li>\n<li>Develop, review, and improve processes <\/li>\n<li>Deliver on deadlines for financial outputs for stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Identify, implement, and review internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Identify and challenge anomalies in financial data <\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective engagement with business stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate set up, testing and maintenance of data on associated systems, aligned to supporting documentation where required, to ensure integrity of financial data, systems and reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure supporting documentation for all transactions is thorough and complete to satisfy internal compliance and external audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal stakeholders to identify new system requirements for continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Resolve systems issues to ensure availability of data and reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a Finance or Business Analyst role (or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Strong Knowledge of MS Office including Excel<\/li>\n<li>Very strong organisational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to review processes and suggest changes<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanent role<\/li>\n<li>&#163;35,000-&#163;45,000 dependent on experience<\/li>\n<li>35 hour working week<\/li>\n<li>30 days annual leave as standard, with bank holidays on top and an option to buy an additional 5 days and the ability to carry annual leave over<\/li>\n<li>Bonus scheme (16% of annual salary)<\/li>\n<li>Flexible benefits scheme of 10% of salary to choose extra benefits or take as cash<\/li>\n<li>Life insurance and income protection cover<\/li>\n<li>Study support, training and coaching<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced mat, pat and adoption leave<\/li>\n<li>Up to 5 days of paid volunteering leave<\/li>\n<li>The pension is 10% without you having to contribute anything!
