This will enable operation as a fully integrated composite business, offering brilliant  products with seamless, intuitive customer journeys.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Actions<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Implement the software development life cycle<\/strong>: build, maintain, test, deliver, release and document user-friendly and customer centric software solutions, as required<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deliver to standards: <\/strong>Understand, adhere to and apply Vitality\u2019s defined technical and process standards to ensure the effective management of risks and the protection of Vitality\u2019s data<\/li>\n<li><strong>Provide integrated solutions<\/strong>: ensure solutions are user-focused, strategically aligned and effectively integrated across multiple teams and platforms to ensure the business needs are met<\/li>\n<li><strong>Engage stakeholders<\/strong>. Collaborate, work with and develop an understanding of the needs and requirements of both internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve the desired outcomes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Build and transfer skills and knowledge<\/strong>. Take responsibility for developing personal skills and expertise aligned to role<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate within and across teams<\/strong>.
