We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their already  strong workforce as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Learning Support Assistant, your duties will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum.<\/li>\n<li>Providing one-to-one support or small group support as required.<\/li>\n<li>Helping to plan and deliver tailored interventions for students.<\/li>\n<li>Providing support during classroom activities and assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and recording students&#8217; progress and behaviour.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with teachers, parents and external professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate must have experience working with students with SEN, be able to work effectively as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<p>This is a mainstream classroom position, and the pay will be &#163;85 to &#163;95 per day, depending on experience, with the timings being 8:30 am &#8211; 4:00 pm.
