\nOur client has an immediate requirement for a remote working Collections Executive to join our busy finance team. The successful candidate will provide a professional and effective service, supporting business clients throughout the overdue stage of the invoicing process.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
* Recover outstanding debt and monitor age debt, in adherence with approved processes, procedures and quality guidelines.
* Resolve client queries at the first point of contact to minimise the number of "disputed" agreements.
* Communicate with both business clients and internal departments to ensure smooth recovery of outstanding monies.
* Escalate complaints to managers to ensure compliance with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) guidelines.
* Take responsibility for ledger work as and when required.
* Manage your own commercial portfolio<\/p>\n
Position Requirements<\/p>\n
* 18 months+ experience in a telephone based role (preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to overcome objections.
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Target driven.<\/p>\n
