Hybrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> South West Recruitment Ltd<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a327,040 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 07\/12\/2023<\/p>\n<p>Our established client based in Canary Wharf, London is looking to recruit a full time Multi Lingual Contact Centre Consultant to speak both French and Flemish.<\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Contact Centre Consultant<\/strong> you are in the best position to&nbsp;supply best in class customer service to the customer of this exciting new EV car brand to Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role will entail:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incoming and outgoing calls<\/li>\n<li>Professional emails and chat<\/li>\n<li>General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty etc.<\/li>\n<li>Simple complaints : complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with legal or financial impact<\/li>\n<li>Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset password, connection not working&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Test drive (outgoing calls): in order to organize a test drive for customer or prospect who has shown an interest via our client website or at the dealership<\/li>\n<li>Update relevant databases, and customer records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Excellent numeracy and literacy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Previous retail and customer service experience would be beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#163;13 per hour (&#163;27,040 per annum)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Working hours are on a rota Monday to Saturday 8am till 6pm (rotating shift pattern, 5 days \/ 40 hours per week \/ 8 hours per day)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 hrs a week<\/li>\n<li>5 working days<\/li>\n<li>Full training provided and paid for<\/li>\n<li>Great Working Environment<\/li>\n<li>Accessible by bus and Tube<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary &#43;
