We are currently partnering with a high end luxury retail and ecommerce brand (SME) which has already experienced hugely successes and continues to invest. <\/p>\n
As a result of ongoing expansion, they are now seeking to recruit a Finance Manager who possesses a strong finance background and can confidently manage a team of 2 direct reports (part qualified )<\/p>\n
The brand boasts a strong senior leadership team – within this role you will be given direct support and daily interaction with the Head of Finance & CFO – both of which are hugely passionate towards the brand and its ongoing success<\/p>\n
This is a broad and interesting position in which you will be given the opportunity to manage finances right across the P & L both within the UK and internationally <\/p>\n
Key elements of the role will include the following <\/p>\n
Statutory accounting and ongoing reporting work with the assistance of 2 reports<\/p>\n
Ensure the production of monthly management accounts for presentation to the senior management and leadership team <\/p>\n
Provide budget holders with oversight of financial performance and to highlight any ongoing risks or business opportunities <\/p>\n
Lead the annual audit process with team support <\/p>\n
Drive ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems as the business continues to expand its portfolio<\/p>\n
Support with ongoing ad hoc commercial and strategic decision making <\/p>\n
We are seeking bright, proactive individuals who are keen to learn – those who have the confidence to work directly with directors across the business- both finance and non-finance <\/p>\n
A strong finance background but also commercial acumen ability to view the wider business picture is also key <\/p>\n
We are looking for finance professionals who ideally possess relevant experience gained within industry (from all sector backgrounds although retail\/ ecommerce or manufacturing would be useful)<\/p>\n
You could also be an ACA\/ CA seeking a first move from practice and ready to step up and take on a broader challenge. <\/p>\n
The role is based at a highly desirable Central London location with a hybrid work arrangements policy of 3 days in the office\/ 2 days remote <\/p>\n
