We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join an innovative team and help drive the product portfolio to new  heights.<\/p>\n<p>The Advocate Group are proud to represent an global household name in the search for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of product and range management within a key national retailer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver compelling, market-leading product ranges based on insightful analysis, collaborating closely with the commercial team to establish principles and ensure alignment with agreed objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the overall product range is profitable and in line with financial targets, taking into account retailer strategy, shopper behavior, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to the Visual Merchandising team for implementing changes in line with agreed ranging principles.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage trade activities by self-servicing with sales data, identifying trading interventions, and executing relevant activities.<\/li>\n<li>Implement range builds within an established strategy, covering architecture, pricing, and fixture\/display layout. This includes utilizing sales data and insights to identify product swaps and gaps, adhering to architecture constraints, making recommendations,  and capturing data for financial assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with supply partners to uphold supplier SLAs, ensuring delivery that is right the first time, of the right quality, at the right cost, and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Work in conjunction with the Senior Product and Range Manager to complete workbooks for purchase order sign-offs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organisation, prioritization and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience within a product development role<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering a strategy to fixed objectives and KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Experience building product ranges and articulating the rationale behind selections<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Commercial acumen and experience of delivering profitable products within KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Experience self-servicing with sales data to identify trends, give trading commentary and propose trading activity and intervention<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of retailer range validation \u2013 APO, price and product mix, variance vs. previous seasons<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication ability and able to influence and negotiate customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please get in touch with Erin Wynne-Woodhouse or click \u201cApply Now\u201d to be considered for this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>?Phone: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Email: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner, based in the UK, to the FMCG and consumer product sectors.
