If you are looking for new challenges and constant growth, join our Account Management Team!<\/p>\n<p><strong>All you need is:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of proven Account Management experience in the gaming industry or a related field;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2&#43; level and higher) and Portuguese;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on shifts (weekends included);<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer&#8217;s real needs and expectations;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple Partners with different needs and priorities, while paying strict attention to details and deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dedicated clients through ongoing communication and frequent meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Good team player, problem-solver, and negotiator with a high degree of discipline and initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your daily adventures will look like this:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take full ownership of customer relationships, and be the interface between the customer accounts and the company;<\/li>\n<li>Resolve ongoing issues and problems in an efficient and timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer business specifics and objectives, and deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations;<\/li>\n<li>Understand the objectives and logic of each request, and report the case to the appropriate internal team;<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as IT, marketing, finance, legal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>So, why Gamingtec?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
