Zeal Recruitment has been appointed to help a successful repairs and maintenance business contractor recruit for a Multi-trade Plasterer to work within the Midlands region carrying out repairs and maintenance jobs to commercial properties covering the City Centre, Solihull, Coventry and North Birmingham. This is an ongoing position and would be great for someone who is looking for long term work.<\/p>\n
This role is quite heavy on the administration, as you will be required to upload information on a PDA and complete job sheets. The hours are essentially from 07:30 \u2013 17:30 however you will be paid door to door.<\/p>\n
As the Multi-trade Plasterer, your duties could involve:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Repairs to doors
\u2022 Basic plumbing
\u2022 Main trade of Plastering
\u2022 Flooring
\u2022 Tiling
\u2022 Painting
\u2022 Carpentry<\/p>\n
As the Multi-trade Plaster you will need: <\/p>\n
\u2022 Own van and tools
\u2022 Public Liability insurance
\u2022 Clean driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
