You will be required to provide a flagship standard of service to customers, maintaining the outstanding reputation of the business.<\/p>\n<p>There are temporary and contract positions available for 3 months, to begin on the 01\/10\/2023, and will require training on the week beginning the 25\/09\/2023.<\/p>\n<p>The key responsibilities of a Guest Concierge will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming guests at varying locations within the destination.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously promote and advocate all functions, add on services and Brands through knowledgeable customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for resolving any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, in line with company procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating all procedures and policies where appropriate to ensure customers complete satisfaction at every opportunity.<\/li>\n<li>Create a comfortable space and offer refreshments. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure company CRM is completed correctly in line with company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of the current promotions\/offers within the brands.<\/li>\n<li>Complete coach check-in.<\/li>\n<li>Offer a wider service through offering to book restaurants, tours, experiences, and attractions.<\/li>\n<li>Compile daily and weekly reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have proven experience working with the public within a luxury hospitality or tourism environment with solid understanding of the tourism, luxury retail or hospitality sector, and the necessity to provide a world class customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Show ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use own initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Be flexible in working hours and available to work weekends and evenings as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally have experience of dealing with international guests or customers.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Be IT literate in all Microsoft packages.<\/li>\n<li>Language skills are desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position is offering &#163;11.51 per hour, you will be working 40 hours per week over be 5 days out of 7.
