RK Accountancy are working with a well known school in the Clitheroe area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant. You will be working in a friendly supportive team environment & there is the opportunity to work from home, during the school holidays. This Accounts Assistant role, would suit someone who is currently studying for their AAT qualification & full payroll training will be offered.<\/p>\n

o New Teacher registration forms
o Process Teachers that are leaving employment, retiring etc.
o Process Teachers Pensions monthly returns
o Annual Return and Audit
\u2022 Build an understanding of National Pension Trust
\u2022 Willingness to undertake any relevant training enabling the completion of payroll monthly updates, RTI and monthly sage reports.
\u2022 Update the payroll systems in line with HR recommendations
\u2022 Obtain a working knowledge of year end reporting and HMRC Returns
\u2022 To provide gender pay gap reporting and analysis
\u2022 Generate an ad hoc payroll reports as required
\u2022 Development of systems through continuous improvement
\u2022 Playing a vital role in supporting the Billing and Purchase Ledger teams<\/p>\n
