As an Internal Resourcer, you will play a crucial role within the HR team working closely with various departments to identify  and attract top talent within the organisation. You will develop a network of potential candidates, focusing on hiring directly and creating a strong pipeline to fill our client&#8217;s current and future hiring needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responbilities of the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, source and prescreen candidates directly using all resources available including LinkedIn, job boards and social media<\/li>\n<li>Work with the HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator to arrange assessments and in-person interviews<\/li>\n<li>Actively engage in direct sourcing, building a strong understanding of our client&#8217;s market and allied industries and where they may be able to source talent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with universities, colleges, apprenticeship organisations and experienced professionals to develop talent pools and pipelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturing and engineering sectors to remain current on the activity of competitive businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A successful candidate will need to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have proven work experience as an internal resourcer within in an engineering or manufacturing environment or a similar recruitment focussed role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert knowledge of recruiting via LinkedIn, social media, CV databases and professional networks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting with a strong focus on direct hiring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sound knowledge of UK visa sponsorship processes and experience of supporting relocators from overseas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate who can bring a good energy to the role and form great relationships with hiring managers. Our client has a strong culture of innovation and we need someone who can bring a similar level of flexibility and resourcefulness.  You will need to be a clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Due to the office location, a car and full driving license is essential, as is the ability to be office-based.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary is competitive, and can be discussed upon application.
