A service administrator is required for Hunters’ client, a leading and long-established catering wholesalers, to log and schedule service and maintenance calls for a team of engineers and to provide exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n
You will work as part of a small, friendly team and will be required to work from the office.<\/p>\n
FT, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 5:00 with half hour for lunch<\/p>\n
Service Administrator- the job:<\/p>\n
* Logging service calls which are received by phone\/email.
* Scheduling engineer visits into the diary
* Booking in work with customer sites and logging on customer portals
* Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
* Troubleshooting any issues
* General administration<\/p>\n
The ideal Service Administrator – the fit:<\/p>\n
* Customer service experience
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong geographical knowledge of UK
* Good computer literacy
* Experience working in commercial kitchens\/hospitality would be advantageous<\/p>\n
