If so, I have a Customer Support role within their Customer Support Admin Team based in their Hove office.<\/p>\n<p>You will already have a customer service background ideally within the insurance industry, and thrive in a busy working environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First point of contact for customers queries over the phone.<\/li>\n<li>Advising customers and resolving any queries.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in claims administration.<\/li>\n<li>Administration of policy documents.<\/li>\n<li>Data entry and updating the inhouse CRM system.<\/li>\n<li>Filing and scanning of documents.<\/li>\n<li>Processing data accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to FCA compliance and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background within a customer service role, ideally within insurance or financial services.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised with good administration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills inclusive of Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>Works well in a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable insurance organisation that offers great training and working environment.
