Responsible for managing delivery teams, on site day to day operations and providing resilience to the communal repairs service reporting in to the operational DLO manager<\/p>\n
\u2022 Will work with the scheduler to plan the allocation of resources in accordance with demand and monitor individual performance.<\/p>\n
\u2022 They will also pre and post inspect works, and ensure the standard of work completed is of good quality and staff achieve optimum levels of efficiency and effectiveness and to take remedial action where required. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Undertaking a broad range of multi-skilled repair activities outside of the basic Multi-trade skills to provide a comprehensive communal repairs service.<\/p>\n
Skills Required <\/p>\n
Able to work as a member of a team and self-manage duties when working alone.<\/p>\n
Good practical skills with a careful and methodical approach to work. <\/p>\n
Has good communication and customer service skills both verbally, written and face to face. <\/p>\n
A polite and professional manner for dealing with customers. <\/p>\n
