We are recruiting an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the team to cover the Norfolk and Suffolk regions.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works efficiently and productively to meet Preventive Maintenance schedule for customers in the allocated regional area.<\/li>\n<li>Responds to emergency call outs and unscheduled work as they arise, attending sites in the most efficient and cost-effective way while meeting customer\u2019s Service Level Agreement<\/li>\n<li>Completes service worksheets and all company documents, comprehensively in line with company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively feeds back on-site issues, non-compliances and additional work possibilities to the Field Services Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provides excellent customer service when responding to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Attends follow-up visits &#8211; to ensure remedial work is completed within Service Level Agreement timescales specific to customer.<\/li>\n<li>Maximises on-site remedial works and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Supports other departments to complete installation works on time, where required.<\/li>\n<li>Builds strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal personnel form other departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally in the fire safety field.
