Main duties:<\/p>\n
* Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, providing regular updates and feedback.
* Negotiating and securing tenancy agreements.
* Conducting thorough reference checks on prospective tenants and coordinating the tenancy application process.
* Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover process for new tenants.
* Staying up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
* Proactively generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s client base.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, viewings, and negotiations.<\/p>\n
What we need in you:<\/p>\n
* At least 6 months as a Sales Negotiator
* Experience generating instructions
* You are articulate, customer focused and take pride in your presentation
* High work ethic, thrive under pressure
* Strong negotiation skills<\/p>\n
