Role Overview:<\/p>\n
* Lead the development and management of the company’s food safety and quality assurance systems.
* Carry out regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
* Handle day-to-day quality issues, including customer complaints and quality incidents, with detailed root cause analysis.
* Play a key role in the development and maintenance of crisis plans for product recalls.
* Responsible for the calibration of measurement devices used in quality and production.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
* A degree in Science\/Food Science or related field, with a thorough technical understanding of food products, packaging, and processes.
* Experience in Quality Assurance Management within the food manufacturing industry.
* Extensive knowledge of food safety legislation, good manufacturing practice, and HACCP Level 3 certification.
* Proven ability in team management and internal auditing.
* Good understanding of BRC requirements and their application in a production environment.
* Basic knowledge of microbiology and its impact on food safety and quality.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.<\/p>\n
