The role will be hybrid with flexibility on days onsite and from home.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the CEO, the Head of IT will lead and support the IT strategy and play a key part in driving transformation change throughout the business. You will oversee all aspects of the IT function and ensure that IT systems and processes are aligned with  the company&#8217;s strategic goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience of working within a manufacturing or FMCG sector is essential.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of modern technologies and processes that apply to a manufacturing or FMCG environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing and improving IT security, compliance and governance<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering upgrade\/rollout projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing and developing a team of IT professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Strong influencing skills at both board and senior management level<\/li>\n<li>High-level analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP or another ERP<\/li>\n<li>VMware<\/li>\n<li>M365<\/li>\n<li>Cloud services &#8211; Experience in integrating cloud services in on-prem IT<\/li>\n<li>IT security standards<\/li>\n<li>ISO27001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>My client is looking to recruit URGENTLY, please send your CV in Word format to be considered for this great opportunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Etech Partners needs to collect and use your personal information when you apply for a role.
