They are looking to grow their Design team as there are going through a period of growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The creation of seasonal trend reports for the business.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise the Trend reports to drive Brand direction, creating Customer profile documents and Brand mood boards for your brands.<\/li>\n<li>Generate Seasonal Trip and Retail reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Design process in line with critical path timelines<\/li>\n<li>Mentor Junior Members of the team.<\/li>\n<li>Lead design engagement with Textiles 2030 working groups on circular design and sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>Lead engagement with new technologies and projects such as 3D Design.<\/li>\n<li>Design coherent, directional, relevant ranges in line with the research and any direction provided.
