Reed Recruitment are proud to working on behalf of a large Building Services client who specialise in construction, refurbishment and maintenance of commercial, industrial establishments and refurbishing married quarters\/residential properties. Due to expansion of contracts awarded to our client they are looking to recruit multi-traders located in the Tidworth\/Salisbury\/Bulford areas for numerous small works on MOD contracts. These will be ongoing contracts for up to 7-9 years, with constant regular work available. Please note the successful candidates will either hold security clearance or be subject to an Enhanced DBS check due not the nature of their sites.<\/p>\n
Main Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Flooring Repairs, Tiling and Patch Plastering<\/p>\n
\u2022 General Painting and Decorating Duties<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic Plumbing tasks- Tap changes, WC pans, Basins<\/p>\n
\u2022 General Carpentry works- Hanging doors, skirting, door locks.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic Plumbing tasks- Tap changes, WC pans, Basins<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience required:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Background in construction, property maintenance, building works.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Qualified in relevant trades Carpentry, plastering, decorating or equivalent.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades.<\/p>\n
\u2022 An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Can do approach to all tasks in hand.<\/p>\n
This would be on a contract basis, day rate £175.00 to £220.00 depending on experience, Mon \u2013 Fri working hours are 8.00 till 17.00pm. Own van, tools, PPE required (can be provided if needed).
