\nOur Client is one of the UKs largest Toyota and Lexus dealerships, is looking for Smart Repair Technician based out of their dealership in Reading. <\/p>\n
As a Smart Repair technician, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. You will be required to have a good all-round knowledge of the role, from alloy wheel to bodywork paint repairs. You will be highly organised with a flexible approach to your workload. You should be able to work without supervision against a varied workload whilst continually exceeding customer expectations.<\/p>\n
You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in technical knowledge and efficient labour productivity.
This role would suit a Main Dealer qualified Technician, however qualifications are not essential, who is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology.<\/p>\n
What we need<\/p>\n
* Liaise with customers where appropriate.
* Where it is required, offer customers a detailed explanation in an easy way to understand.
* Listen to the customer and build rapport in order to provide complete customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain new practices in order to optimise quality of service.
* Ability to take payment and raise relevant invoice.<\/p>\n
Your Skills<\/p>\n
* Relevant experience as a Smart Repair Technician
* Must have experience working within a Main Dealer
* 2 years previous experience
* Relevant experience in a Bodyshop environment.
* Be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
* Work efficiently under pressure.<\/p>\n
