Well look  no further, I have a great opportunity to join my clients Mortgage department where you will be supporting the Financial Advisers processing mortgage and protections products.<\/p>\n<p>You will already have a background and knowledge in mortgages and protection products and enjoy working in busy team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing new business new business applications and ensuring the advisor is supplied a fully compliant file for the administration team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all compliance and regulatory responsibilities are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Submit mortgage and protection to providers online (via provider website).<\/li>\n<li>Chase providers on the progress of business in a timely and effective manner.<\/li>\n<li>Chase solicitors for exchange and completion dates.<\/li>\n<li>Update client\u2019s information accurately on the back-office system.<\/li>\n<li>Chase medical practitioners and doctors for medical reports.<\/li>\n<li>Update the clients on the progress of their cases.<\/li>\n<li>Chase client authorities and insurance companies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documents held are scanned onto the system.<\/li>\n<li>Issue documents to clients inclusive of suitability letters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A background within the mortgage\/protection industry.<\/li>\n<li>Great communication and organisation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using inhouse CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join a thriving organisation that values their employees.
