This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated nurses and make a real difference to the lives of our patients.<\/p>\n<p>As Interim Head of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the nursing service is delivered to a high standard and that patients receive the best  possible care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the nursing service is delivered to a high standard<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement nursing strategies and policies<\/li>\n<li>Manage and motivate the nursing team<\/li>\n<li>Represent the nursing team at Trust level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered nurse with experience at senior nursing level<\/li>\n<li>Experience of leading and managing a large nursing team<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop and implement nursing strategies and policies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to providing high quality nursing care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Location: London<\/p>\n<p>Rate: &#163;350-450 per day (potentially negotiable for exceptional candidate)<\/p>\n<p>Contract duration: 3-5 months initially<\/p>\n<p>Closing date for applications: N\/A &#8211; the role will be filled on first come basis of a suitable applicant<\/p>\n<p>We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
