As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring students through their final year of primary education.<\/p>\n
About the School:
A charming and inviting establishment, the school offers outstanding amenities and is staffed by a team of devoted and compassionate professionals. The institution features eight modern and spacious classrooms, accommodating approximately 200 students, each tailored to a specific age group ranging from Reception to Y6. Furthermore, there is a designated area for 2-4 year olds in the Nursery. The school is equipped with a networked ICT suite housing 30 computers, supplemented by portable Chromebooks and iPads. Additional facilities encompass a cooking area, separate libraries for Early Years\/KS1 and KS2, and a substantial school hall\/community sports hall.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students.
Assessment and Progress Tracking: Regularly assess students’ academic progress, provide constructive feedback, and devise strategies to support individual learning needs.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and a sense of community.
Parental Communication: Establish effective communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on students’ academic and behavioral development.
Extracurricular Engagement: Actively participate in and support extracurricular activities, contributing to the holistic development of students.
Professional Development: Stay informed about educational trends, attend relevant workshops, and actively engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching degree.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
