If so, I have an ideal role for you based out of their Hove office within their sales support team.<\/p>\n<p>You will already have a proven administrative background within financial services\/insurance and thrive in a busy working environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing administrative support for the financial advisers and Paraplanners.<\/li>\n<li>Update and manage the diary system.<\/li>\n<li>Format and prepare letters and documents.<\/li>\n<li>Support advisers in managing their pipeline and portfolio of business,<\/li>\n<li>Prepare files for compliance checking.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining client records on the inhouse system.<\/li>\n<li>Filing, scanning, and photocopying.<\/li>\n<li>Manage client reviews inclusive of client valuations.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external clients by telephone and email.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client reports, in relation to pension, investments and any other financial planning requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to FCA regulations and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong administrative background ideally within financial services\/FCA regulated environment.<\/li>\n<li>Great communication and organisation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritise your workload effectively and meet strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills and knowledge of Intelligent Office would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic with a &quot;can do&quot; attitude&quot;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for a bright and driven individual that wants to progress in their financial services career.
