{"id":12460,"date":"2024-05-05T04:00:05","date_gmt":"2024-05-05T04:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/finance-assistant-15\/"},"modified":"2024-05-05T04:00:05","modified_gmt":"2024-05-05T04:00:05","slug":"finance-assistant-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/finance-assistant-15\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Elevation Recruitment Group<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a325,000 &#8211; \u00a330,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 05\/05\/2024<\/p>\n<p>Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Leeds as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time, permanent basis. <\/p>\n<p>They are ideally looking for someone wanting to study either ACCA\/CIMA and will definitely provide training for the right person. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pulling together management packs <br \/>&#8211; Month end preparation including journal processing, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, P&amp;L Analysis, balance sheet analysis <br \/>&#8211; Production of weekly reports to a high standard and within agreed timeframes <br \/>&#8211; Participation in the budgeting and forecast process <br \/>&#8211; Management of the sales \/ purchase ledgers <br \/>&#8211; Other adhoc finance duties<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours:<\/strong> 8.30am \u2013 5.30pm, Monday to Friday &nbsp;<strong>(Office Based)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Type:<\/strong> Permanent\/ Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intermediate \/ Advanced knowledge of Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse and evaluate data and information and use this to take appropriate action.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Assertive and confident and able to quickly build a high level of personal and professional credibility within the business, demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, influencing and negotiating at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively in collaboration cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and deliver business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>A flexible outlook with the ability to use problem solving skills and \u2018outside the box\u2019 thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Introduces creative business solutions and innovative ideas to take the business forward.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to explain and present complex and \/ or technical issues clearly, accurately and simply.<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate I.T. skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits include:<\/strong> 25 days holiday &#43; bank holidays, full CIMA\/ACCA study support, early finishes Friday &#43; much more!
