Your role will involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and presenting technical information at board level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Utilizing Salesforce to manage leads and drive sales performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Focusing on pipeline growth and conversion improvement to meet sales targets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identifying market opportunities and gaps for setting up new Fire Systems Integrators.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting events and aligning with other JCI brands to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Previous success in business development and account management, specification sales, or project sales in a technical sector.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in business-to-business technical solutions sales in fire detection or security\/Intrusion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven track record of building and expanding relationships across organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency in developing successful sales plans and fostering teamwork.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Valid UK driving license.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in surveying buildings and designing fire\/security systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you ready to make an impact?
