We need someone who has been part of an on-prem function and helped a company with their journey into Cloud based technologies. This will be all Microsoft Stack, along with some 3rd party  and bespoke applications. <\/p>\n<p>The role will be based in Bristol circa 2 days per week and the rest from home. Read on for more details\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MS Dynamics 365<\/li>\n<li>Peppermint CX365<\/li>\n<li>Azure DevOps<\/li>\n<li>Active Directory<\/li>\n<li>Azure Active Directory<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working as a Lead Developer and Architect.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to architect, govern and deliver solutions to meet business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with working with agile delivery teams to product development and evolution.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of coding languages.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset that explores all considerations when creating solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and effective persuasion and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting technological change across a business.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of user journeys to create and deliver better, more joined up solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (to internal\/external stakeholders).<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and prioritisation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who values and embodies an effective collaboration working style.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent people, interpersonal, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
