You should be able to demonstrate a track record of designing and building complex, scalable systems.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in a leadership role, such as a team lead, technical lead, or engineering manager, is essential. You should be able to showcase their ability to lead and inspire engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, is important. Familiarity with Agile is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>A strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry is highly valuable.
