This is an exciting temp to perm opportunity for a global food and drink manufacturer in London, the position is to support a product manager and sales person with accurate and efficient administration. A European language, especially German, is highly desirable. <\/p>\n
Client Details<\/strong><\/p>\n This industry leading food and drink manufacturer produce everything from nutritional supplements to pet food, they’re highly diverse with over 40 years experience and have strategically placed products over the world through China, USA and Europe. They’re continuing to strategically grow their global presence and need a Sales Administrator to do this.<\/p>\n Description<\/strong><\/p>\n As the Sales Administrator for this global food and drink manufacturer in London, you will be: <\/p>\n * Taking, confirming and inputting customer orders<\/p>\n * Monitoring customers and liaising closely with commercial, logistics and quality departments<\/p>\n * Inputting purchase orders<\/p>\n * Dealing with customer queries and responding in a timely manner<\/p>\n * Sending any requested quality documents to customer and liaising with quality team when necessary<\/p>\n * Sending product samples to customers when required. This will involve either handling samples in the office or liaising with warehouses to request samples from sample stock or from inventory.<\/p>\n * Sending price quotes to customer, liaising with Product Management team for this and collecting necessary information from customers<\/p>\n * Assisting with lead qualification<\/p>\n * Login opportunities & quotes on CRM system<\/p>\n * Monitoring shipments to customers when necessary and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times<\/p>\n * Review and control stock levels for key accounts, ensuring sufficient inventory for contracts<\/p>\n * Produce reports for senior managers.<\/p>\n * Make travel arrangements for senior managers and as required for members of the commercial team<\/p>\n * Any other task at manager’s discretion.<\/p>\n Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n To be successful in applying to this role of Sales Administrator for this food manufacturer, you should have: <\/p>\n Job Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n You will be rewarded with a 6 month FTC with a srong possibility of going permanent. <\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 18\/05\/2024\n
