Key Results (OKRs), budgets, and Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps within the existing sales team (people and skill gaps) and solve this through recruitment, training, and upskilling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Data-Driven Decision Making:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilise data-driven insights to inform business decisions and maximise growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Business Opportunity Identification:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating across the organisation to activate and build a robust pipeline across all channels.<\/li>\n<li>Taking over from the MD, you will lead the team to maximise sales opportunities by exploring new online channels and leveraging social media platforms and all other sales channels.<\/li>\n<li>Improving sell through, monitoring and analysing stock levels and implementing strategy to reduce stock profitably.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Global business networks:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grow and diversify the distributor network to enhance market reach and penetration.<\/li>\n<li>Assess and roll out an agent\/rep network if suitable.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis what &#8216;Customer Success\u2019 looks like and implement techniques to boost sales with their B2B market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Customer Acquisition and Retention:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilise personal contacts and industry relationships to ensure customer acquisition and growth.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Partnership Development:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain honest and genuine relationships with key retail, distribution, and other partners.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage a network of high-level buying contacts to foster strategic partnerships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Performance Analysis:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse current retail and distribution performance year-over-year (YOY), identifying gaps for growth and improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Team Management and Inspiration:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, manage, and inspire an ambitious sales team to deliver exceptional results.<\/li>\n<li>Develop effective sales plans, processes, and OKRs tailored to specific channels for success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, stock reviews, and strict stock accountability management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Internal Relationship Building:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong relationships across all internal departments, serving as an accurate and transparent communicator that inspires teams to achieve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Requirements:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the gifting or similar markets, with at least 5 years in a Head of Sales or Sales Director role.<\/li>\n<li>Must have built and managed a successful sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Implemented and managed robust pipeline and forecasting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of achieve significant YOY growth.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to put forward and implement new and better ways of working.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate exceptional commercial and analytical skills with a proven track record of success in multi-channel sales including bricks &amp; mortar, MTO, e-commerce, D2C , &amp; social media.<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong buyer network across grocers, key online retailers, key\/national accounts, and independents in several markets including EMEA and USA.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibit a demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales teams.<\/li>\n<li>Showcase a love for the product with a creative, yet strategic approach &#8211;
