Role responsibilities<\/p>\n
Take ownership of electrical fault finding, repairing, and maintaining assets across different sites<\/p>\n
Carry out planned work from maintenance schedules on operational assets.<\/p>\n
Provide high-standard services in a sustainable manner that meets internal and external customer service levels, minimises risk to compliance, and meets quality requirements.<\/p>\n
Deliver quality support using expertise in electrical, control, and process systems to maintain or minimise risk and impact to customers.<\/p>\n
Work collaboratively in a mobile field team.<\/p>\n
Compile or update site engineering documentation.<\/p>\n
Adhere to current ISO, H&S systems, procedures, and policies.<\/p>\n
Undertake training for technical skills and Health and Safety awareness improvement.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
Time-served apprenticeship supported by relevant formal qualifications e.g., City and Guilds, BTEC, ONC\/HNC\/HND.<\/p>\n
Compliant with current IEE Regs 18th Edition.<\/p>\n
City & Guilds Inspect and Test 2391-10 would be ideal although this is not essential.<\/p>\n
A full UK driving license.<\/p>\n
Industrial\/Commercial experience.<\/p>\n
Experience with VSDs and motor control systems would be beneficial.<\/p>\n
Understanding of Wiring Diagrams.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of working with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).<\/p>\n
Good working knowledge of LV systems.<\/p>\n
