{"id":12348,"date":"2024-05-03T13:32:05","date_gmt":"2024-05-03T13:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/1st-2nd-line-support-analyst\/"},"modified":"2024-05-03T13:32:05","modified_gmt":"2024-05-03T13:32:05","slug":"1st-2nd-line-support-analyst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/1st-2nd-line-support-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"1st\/2nd Line Support Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b>  The People Network<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a328,000 &#8211; \u00a330,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 03\/05\/2024<br \/>\n<strong>1st\/2nd Line Support Analyst <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A boutique consulting firm are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic 1st\/2nd Line Support Analyst to join their newly formed IT Support function. <\/p>\n<p>With two UK offices in Staines and London, you will be splitting your time across both locations, supporting users with their desktops\/laptops as well as a variety of other applications and security issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this varied support role, you will help manage and run the day-to-day IT operations for the global business.&nbsp;This is an employee facing role so you will need good communication skills and the ability to manage relationships to ensure the effective resolution  of issues.<\/p>\n<p>The right candidate will have\/be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2 years commercial experience in IT Support\/1st Line\/2nd Line Support role<\/li>\n<li>Good experience of working in a Microsoft environment support M365<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to the management of Azure or AWS cloud environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong device support experience including laptop build, distribution and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic and proactive approach<\/li>\n<li>Decent knowledge of IT security processes and policies<\/li>\n<li>Any exposure to React, Node, Python, Docker is beneficial, however this is not essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will need to be flexible with working between the two UK offices and will be onsite 3-4 days a week to help users in person, with the rest of the week working remotely.&nbsp;Travel expenses will be covered.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In return, you can expect a basic salary of up to &#163;30,000 plus a range of excellent benefits including private medical care, phone allowance and 25 days holiday. <\/p>\n<p>If you are an IT Support professional and looking for a challenging role where you can expand your skills then <strong>APPLY NOW!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are interested please apply ASAP.
