Drive improvement initiatives and change programs using project management methodologies.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate closely with other managers to ensure a coordinated approach.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Principle Educational Psychologist Key Performance Indicators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.<\/li>\n<li>Showcase previous leadership or management experience in a multi-agency project or team.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high ethical standards. Requirements:<\/li>\n<li>BPS-accredited MSc or Doctorate in Educational Psychology.<\/li>\n<li>Eligible for full membership of AEP, BPS, and HCPC registered.<\/li>\n<li>Post-qualifying experience at a Senior level.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in partnership working and service planning.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess children and young people, write quality reports, and deliver effective training.<\/li>\n<li>Competent user of ICT and knowledge of safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation.
