A social housing provider in London are looking for a talented Employee Relations Partner to play a crucial role in their HR operations.<\/p>\n<p>Position: <\/strong>Employee Relations Partner&nbsp;<strong><br \/>Location: <\/strong>London<strong><br \/>Salary: <\/strong>&#163;50,511 per annum<br \/><strong>Length:<\/strong> Until March 2025<br \/><strong>Start: <\/strong>ASAP<br \/><strong>Hours:<\/strong> Full -time \/ 37 hours per week<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop and implement medium to long term people related solutions within the specialisms of Resolutions or Health &amp; Wellbeing.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a key Employee Relations support via proactive and timely case management to all business &nbsp;leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with complex and\/or critical employee relations issues using analysis, experience, and expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Alternative dispute resolution, specifically workplace mediation and\/or restorative practice.<\/li>\n<li>Share accountability with the other specialist within your team for developing and evolving focused activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CIPD Level 7 \/ HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Chartered MCIPD status.<\/li>\n<li>Workplace Mediation or Restorative Practice experience.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing and language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and other key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about contributing to the success of this organisation, please submit your CV to Tyrese at Tempting Recruitment via <strong>tyrese.gb@temptingrecruitment<\/strong> or call directly on .
